Method
- Whisk all the dry ingredients together in a bowl.
- Add in the wet ingredients.
- Slowly whisk until combined. Small lumps are ok.
- Heat up a cast iron or non-stick pan and swirl/brush in a bit of oil.
- Pour in the batter. Wait for bubbles to form before flipping.
- Serve with maple syrup and enjoy.
